Delivery & Returns

Dispatch

Every work is made to order. Dispatch is within 14 days of your order, and tracking is sent as soon as your piece leaves us. If anything changes that timing, we write to you directly rather than letting the date pass in silence.

Where we ship

Orders are placed and charged in euros. Shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout before payment. Any customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed on despatch. You can also follow your order from the order tracking page.

Returns

The full, binding return terms are set out in our refund policy. Please read it before ordering — because works are made to order, the terms differ from ordinary stocked retail.

• The piece must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging, with the hardware untouched.
• Write to hello@monseiclothing.com with your order number before sending anything back.
• We do not issue store credit in place of a refund where a refund is due.

If something is wrong

If a piece arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will correct it. This is a small house — a fault is ours to fix, not yours to absorb.

Changes and cancellations

You may change size or cancel while production has not yet started. Once a piece has entered production it is being made for you specifically, so changes may no longer be possible.
