RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Every MONSEI work is made to order within a limited production capacity. These terms apply to orders placed through www.monseiofficial.com.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify MONSEI that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Code de la consommation. To exercise this right, email hello@monseiofficial.com with your order number within this 14-day period. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to send the work back.

CONDITION OF RETURNED WORKS

Returned works may be tried on only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit. They must be returned in their original condition, with original tags attached, and without signs of wear, washing, alteration, staining, damage or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and try on the work.

RETURN COSTS

For a return made under the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the work is damaged, incorrect, faulty or not in conformity with the order, MONSEI will cover the applicable return costs.

REFUNDS

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, MONSEI will refund the payments received for the returned work, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw. MONSEI may withhold the refund until the returned work has been received or until you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, at no additional cost to you.

CANCELLING BEFORE PRODUCTION

You may request a size change or cancellation before production of your work has started. Contact hello@monseiofficial.com with your order number as soon as possible. This additional cancellation option does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY WORKS

If a work arrives visibly damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact MONSEI as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, at hello@monseiofficial.com and include your order number and photographs where possible. The 48-hour request helps us investigate delivery damage promptly and does not limit your statutory rights. Products remain covered by applicable statutory guarantees, including the French legal guarantee of conformity. The legal guarantee of conformity generally applies for two years from delivery. Where applicable, remedies will be provided in accordance with the law and without cost to the consumer.
