Delivery
SIA is cut and finished after your order is placed, then dispatched within 14 days; carrier transit is additional. You receive tracking by email the moment it ships. Delivery is free across Europe. Other destinations are calculated at checkout.
Returns
Fourteen days to return, for a full refund. If SIA is not right — including if you simply change your mind — write to hello@monseiofficial.com within 14 days of delivery and we will confirm the return address.
The piece must come back unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the piece reaching us. Return postage is at your cost unless the piece arrives faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Care
Dry clean only. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Keep the metal binding away from perfume, cosmetics and moisture; wipe with a dry soft cloth. Store on a wide hanger, away from direct light.
