Returns
Fourteen days to return, for a full refund. If KA is not right — including if you simply change your mind — write to hello@monseiofficial.com within 14 days of delivery and we will confirm the return address.
The piece must come back unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with the emblem intact. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the piece reaching us. Return postage is at your cost unless the piece arrives faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Care
Dry clean or gentle cold hand-wash only. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Iron on low heat if needed, avoiding the emblem. Keep the metal emblem away from perfume, cosmetics and moisture; wipe with a dry soft cloth. Store flat or on a wide hanger, away from direct light.
