Works are not held in bulk stock. Your piece is made after you order it, within the limited production capacity set for the chapter. You are not buying from a warehouse — you are commissioning a place in the edition.

Dispatch is within 14 days, with tracking sent once your piece leaves us. If anything in your order changes that timing, we write to you directly rather than leaving you to guess.

Yes, provided production has not started. Write to hello@monseiclothing.com with your order number as early as you can.

Checkout runs on Shopify Payments. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never visible to MONSEI. Prices are shown and charged in euros.

A Work is a single resolved object, numbered within its chapter. Not a product line, not a seasonal item. KA is Work 01 of Chapter 01.

MONSEI does not release against a fashion calendar. It releases chapters. Each has its own premise, symbol, material language and accent. Chapter 01 is KHEPR — the force of becoming.

No. When capacity is reached the edition closes and the chapter enters the Archive. It stays documented and readable, but it does not return.

No. There are no seasonal reductions, no promotional codes and no clearance. The price is the price, for everyone, for as long as the edition is open.

Yes. The KHEPR emblem is gold-plated metal — drawn, formed, finished and set by hand onto the garment. It is an object, not a print or an appliqué.

Dry clean only. Keep the metal away from perfume, cosmetics and moisture; wipe with a dry soft cloth. Store flat or on a wide hanger, away from direct light.
