For France and Dubai, our current estimated delivery target is within 14 calendar days of ordering, including preparation and transit. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. For other destinations, dispatch is within 14 days and carrier transit time is additional. If you need your piece for an event, contact us before ordering so we can confirm timing. Tracking is sent when your piece is dispatched.

Yes, provided production has not started. Write to hello@monseiofficial.com with your order number as early as you can.

Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason, under Article L221-18 of the French Code de la consommation. The piece must come back unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with the hardware untouched. Return postage is at your cost unless the piece arrived damaged, incorrect or not as described. Checkout runs on Shopify Payments. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never visible to MONSEI. Prices and checkout payments are displayed in the selected market’s currency: AED in the United Arab Emirates and EUR in France. Any applicable shipping, taxes and import charges are shown or explained before payment.

KA uses muted-gold eye-scarab hardware fixed to the garment. It is a physical garment detail, not a printed motif.

Care differs by piece and is listed in full on each product page. As a rule: keep metal and gold thread away from perfume, cosmetics and moisture, never press embroidery directly, and store flat or on a wide hanger away from direct light.
