Follow the garment care label for washing, drying, ironing and professional cleaning. If the label is missing or unclear, contact hello@monseiofficial.com before cleaning.

The embroidered finish needs care as well as the Egyptian cotton fabric. Avoid rubbing, wringing or pulling the embroidered area. Keep bleaching products away unless the care label explicitly permits them. If ironing is permitted, press on the reverse with a pressing cloth and avoid direct contact with the embroidery.

For France and Dubai, the estimated delivery target is within 14 calendar days of ordering, including preparation and transit; this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. For other destinations, dispatch is within 14 days and carrier transit time is additional. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves us. Confirm event dates before ordering.

Complimentary delivery throughout Europe. Dubai delivery has a €7.25 base rate, displayed in AED at UAE checkout. Prices and payments follow the selected market (AED in the United Arab Emirates; EUR in France), and final shipping costs are displayed at checkout. For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and carrier handling fees may be payable separately by the recipient.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, subject to our Delivery & Returns policy. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the piece arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described.
